REVAMPING PROCESS

Acceptance and Traceability
Upon arrival, assemblies are registered, the initial condition is documented, and a traceability log is created.

Disassembly and Cleaning
Complete disassembly of all components; thorough cleaning of housings, shafts, and mechanical parts.

Dimensional and NDT Inspections
Dimensional checks on housings and shafts and non-destructive testing (penetrant testing, magnetic particle inspection) on critical components to detect cracks or defects.

Mechanical Restoration
Grinding, material build-up, machining of bushings and threads; replacement of bearings, seals, O-rings, and fasteners.

Hydraulic System Overhaul
Overhaul of cylinders and valves; replacement and pressure testing of flexible and rigid piping; leak testing.

Reassembly and Calibration
Reassembly with controlled tightening, precise alignments, and preload settings.

Functional Testing
Bench testing to verify rotation, vibration, temperatures, and leaks; preparation of test reports.

Finishing and Delivery
Industrial painting with epoxy primer and finishing coat in the specified RAL color; packaging and preparation for shipment.
