ABSTRACT

Design, manufacturing, and commissioning of a four-door Main Automation Panel (QG) (W 3,200 mm, H 2,000 mm + 100 mm plinth) for the management of utilities and process signals in a steel plant. The system integrates LV isolation and protection, a modular PLC with dedicated I/O racks, and provisions for diagnostics and supervision, ensuring service continuity and maintainability in demanding industrial environments.
