ABSTRACT

Installation of multi-level perimeter scaffolding around an industrial chimney and lifting operations using a telescopic mobile crane for high-level maintenance activities, including removal and installation of the chimney terminal, localized repairs, and sealing works. All activities were planned to ensure safe access to working levels and precision during lifting and handling operations.

SCOPE OF SUPPLY

Design, installation, and inspection of the scaffolding system with internal ladders, working platforms, and guardrails, including anchoring to the structure and verification of verticality and alignment

Lifting plan using a mobile crane: positioning and stabilization of the crane, area segregation, and lifting operations assisted by dedicated personnel

Inspections, localized repairs, and protective treatments; sealing of the terminal and joints, final cleaning, and restoration of the work area

ELECTRICAL ARCHITECTURE – KEY INSTALLATION DATA

IP65 site electrical panel with residual current protection/SPDs and 230/400 V supplies for tools and site services

Temporary lighting at working levels; scaffolding earthing and continuity verification

Verification of LPS (lightning protection system) continuity and application of LOTO procedures on lines adjacent to the work area
