ABSTRACT

Controlled demolition of existing buildings with material separation and environmental mitigation measures, carried out as a preparatory phase for new construction. Work activities were organized to minimize impacts on traffic and neighboring properties.

SCOPE OF SUPPLY

·       Demolition plan, site fencing, and dust suppression measures; management of site traffic and access

·       Material segregation and transfer to recycling/recovery facilities with full traceability

·       Regrading of ground levels and safe handover of the site

ELECTRICAL ARCHITECTURE – KEY INSTALLATION DATA

·       Disconnection and isolation of utilities; verification of absence of voltage (LOTO procedures)

·       Temporary electrical distribution board and IP65 site lighting for operational areas

·       Visual and audible warning systems and temporary grounding where required
