1. Scope and controller

This notice distinguishes browsing LIFE project pages from any contact, communication and event activities. 2. Enquiries and updates

The enquiries notice applies to requests through the ordinary form. Any optional project newsletters or updates require specific consent, separate from contact; subscription confirmation and an unsubscribe link must be provided before activation. Browsing alone does not constitute subscription. Provider, data and operation of any service: DA DEFINIRE. Retention: DA DEFINIRE.

3. Events, visits and images

For each event, information must identify the organiser, registration data, purposes, legal basis and retention. Filming must be signposted; close-ups and promotional uses require a specific release where necessary. Actual event and image processing arrangements: DA DEFINIRE. This page does not collect any image release.

4. Reporting and partners

Staff, cost and timesheet data needed for project reporting require a specific internal notice. The European Commission and CINEA may process data within their functions under Regulation (EU) 2018/1725; the notice relevant to the operation must be consulted. 5. Rights and browsing

For Italimpianti's processing you may exercise applicable GDPR rights by writing to the privacy contact or registered office, with a response normally within one month; you may complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority.
