2. Purposes and legal bases

We process contact details, experience, education, skills and other relevant CV information to assess applications and take pre-contractual steps under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For unsolicited CVs, within Article 111-bis of the Italian Privacy Code, consent is not required for processing necessary for recruitment. 3. Necessary and special-category data

Fields marked * are necessary for assessment. CVs may be uploaded in PDF format. Avoid irrelevant information, including health, religious beliefs, political opinions and trade union membership. Any strictly necessary special-category data, for example to meet protected-category obligations under Italian Law 68/1999, are processed only where an applicable condition exists, including Article 9(2)(b) GDPR. Refusal to provide optional data must not disadvantage an application. Selection must respect equal opportunities and non-discrimination; references to company certifications: DA DEFINIRE.

4. Access, periods and transfers

Application retention: DA DEFINIRE; data must then be deleted unless another documented obligation applies. If recruited, necessary data become part of employment management under a separate notice. Recipients: authorised HR staff and relevant functions; any agencies and providers: DA DEFINIRE. Transfers and safeguards: DA DEFINIRE. Automated recruitment decisions: DA DEFINIRE.

5. Rights

Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
