Italimpianti adopts its Gender Equality Policy

Italimpianti S.r.l. has adopted its own Gender Equality Policy, in line with UNI/PdR 125:2022, promoting inclusion, fairness, the enhancement of skills, and the protection of individuals at every stage of their professional journey

Italimpianti S.r.l. reaffirms its commitment to an inclusive, fair, and people-centered corporate culture rough the adoption of its Gender Equality Policy, drafted in accordance with UNI/PdR 125:2022.

The Policy defines the principles and objectives that guide the company in promoting gender equality and in fostering a working environment based on respect, merit, and equal opportunities.

In particular, Italimpianti is committed to promoting:

1. gender equality in representation and professional growth;

2. the enhancement of diversity within company roles;

3. processes aimed at women’s empowerment;

4. fairness in HR processes;

5. pay equity;

6. the protection of parenthood and work-life balance;

7. the prevention of all forms of abuse and harassment.

The Policy also sets out clear principles regarding recruitment and hiring, career management, pay equity, and work-life balance, with full respect for the individual and for professional skills.

Through this initiative, Italimpianti strengthens its path of organizational development and social responsibility, recognizing gender equality as a fundamental value for the company’s sustainable growth.
